No Parties or Events
Luxury Estate Guatapé is designed as a peaceful, private luxury retreat.
Parties, weddings, receptions, celebrations, corporate events, bachelor or bachelorette parties, loud gatherings, and other events are not permitted.
Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, unregistered guests, or violations of the house rules may result in termination of the stay without refund.
Occupancy Limits
Maximum occupancy is 12 registered guests.
Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless prior approval has been provided by the owner.
Unauthorized guests may result in additional charges or termination of the stay without refund.
Respect for the Property
Care of the Property
Guests are expected to treat the estate, dock, furnishings, landscaping, wellness facilities, and all amenities with care and respect.
Damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges or deductions from the applicable security deposit.

No smoking is permitted inside any building.
Outdoor smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Smoking materials must be disposed of properly.

The estate is professionally prepared and cleaned prior to arrival.
