Important Property Information
The Butler House is not included as part of the guest rental accommodations.
The Bungalows inside the dog kennel are not included.
The Dog Run is not available for guest use.

Weekly Rental Rate: $15,000 USD
Minimum Stay: 7 Nights

Optional Meal Services
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of $5,000 USD is required before check-in.
The deposit will be returned within 7–14 days following departure provided there is no damage, missing property, excessive cleaning, or violation of house rules.
Guest Requirements
• Primary renter must be at least 30 years old
• Government-issued identification is required
• The registered renter must remain on the property during the entire stay
No Parties or Events
Luxury Estate Guatapé is intended as a peaceful luxury retreat.
Parties, weddings, receptions, celebrations, corporate events, bachelor or bachelorette parties, loud gatherings, and unauthorized events are strictly prohibited unless approved in writing by the owner before booking.
Unauthorized events, excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or violation of house rules may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
Occupancy Limits
Maximum occupancy is 12 guests.
Day visitors require prior approval.
Unauthorized guests may result in additional charges or termination of the rental agreement.
Respect for the Property
Guests are expected to treat the estate, dock, furnishings, landscaping, wellness facilities, and all amenities with care and respect.
Damage beyond normal wear and tear may be deducted from the security deposit.
Smoking Policy
No smoking is permitted inside any building.
Outdoor smoking is allowed only in designated areas with proper disposal of smoking materials.
Fire Safety
• No fireworks
• No open burning
• Outdoor fires only in approved fire pit locations
• Guests must comply with all local fire restrictions
Pets
Pets may be considered with prior approval.
Additional deposits or cleaning fees may apply.
Waterfront Safety
Guests use all docks, swimming areas, waterfront facilities, and recreational amenities at their own risk.
Children must be supervised at all times near the water.
Security & Privacy
Exterior security cameras are used for property protection and guest safety.
No cameras are located inside guest accommodations or living areas.
Housekeeping
The property is professionally cleaned prior to arrival.
Additional housekeeping services may be available upon request.
